TOPS Software, an accounting based software for Condominium and Homeowner's Association Management, has an immediate opening for a qualified, full time software technical support representative to provide telephone support for answers, advice and resolution to customer inquiries and issues on our software.
Technical requirements include:
Familiarity with computers and Windows Operating Systems.
Must have an understanding of Internet browsers and Internet-based applications.
Will train but a background in accounting is helpful.
General knowledge in property management and basic networking is a plus.
Familiarity with TOPS products a huge plus
Basic SQL and basic HTML is preferred, but not required.
Our ideal candidate should be highly detail orientated and have strong written and oral communication skills.
In addition to the technical requirements, you should be a strong team player and a dedicated worker who takes pride in your work, can pay attention to details and are able to work independently with limited supervision.

Software Trainer

TOPS Software, LLC has an immediate opening for a full time Corporate Trainer in our Clearwater, Florida office. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all training activities for TOPS Software products and customers in conjunction with the other Corporate Trainers. In addition, they will develop course curriculums and training schedules which will foster continued growth and acceptance of TOPS University. The Corporate Trainer is also expected to teach courses.

The candidate of choice will have the following experience:

In-depth knowledge of TOPS Software products.
Industry experience working with or for an HOA Management Company, Condominium or Homeowners Association.
Experience creating course materials, scenarios and training cases.
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent speaking and writing skills
A willingness to travel to other parts of the US as required by the customer.

Inside Sales (part-time)

Immediate position open to join a dynamic and fun sales team. This is a part time inside sales position that could become full time with the right candidate. The duties for this position are:

Support sales team by scheduling online and onsite meetings
Make Business to Business outbound calls
MUST speak in a professional manner. You will be speaking to Property Managers, CPA's, and Small Business owners
Phone Sales Experience is definitely a BIG PLUS
HOURS: M-F 10:00am to 2:00pm
Hourly pay plus weekly and monthly bonuses
