A new patch was pushed to the Internet Updater for TOPS Professional this morning, in which we give some much needed love to the Form Letter and Job Streaming modules. We have also decided to hold off on the release of TOPS Professional 4.1 with AP invoice attachments until further testing can be completed. In the meantime, enjoy today's patch, which contains a large number of corrections to the Form Letter and a couple of significant updates to the Job Streaming module. We've gone back to basics in TOPS OnPoint development, focusing on improvements to user workflows, interface simplicity, and field consistancy. The updates in today's patch represent the first installment in this commitment, with a focus on how the system displays and interacts with contact names.

Our designer, Andrea Drennen, brought her son to work with her for ‘Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day’. He loves the stars, so together, the two of them built a new set of themes for TOPS users covering the twelve signs of the Zodiac. These twelve new themes cover each of the star signs, superimposed over a night scene using star images taken with the Hubble Telescope. You can find the new themes here or by clicking Customize > Theme Manager in TOPS Professional. We hope you enjoy the new themes!

A big upgrade to TOPS Professional is in QA now and scheduled to be released next month, the new version 4.1 will incorporate a number of changes to the Accounts Payable system which were introduced in a preview session at the recent User Conference.
