2010 marks the 25th anniversary of TOPS Software serving the Condo/HOA management industry. It’s hard to imagine that our first client came on board in 1985 (HRW in NC), and more amazingly they are still a client today. As we reflect on these 25 years, we also reflected on the evolution of our product names, and there have been many!

Are you communicating?

Let’s face it, we all get inundated with communications. I know that when I go to my mailbox, I am greeted by catalogs, magazines, newsletters, and of course, bills. I shake my head at so much wasted paper and postage and resources as I deposit most of them right into the recycling bin.
