TOPS OnPoint Modules

Imagine the TOPS Community Fact Sheet on steroids.

This module tracks an unlimited number of community contacts such as property manager or emergency contact.

It also includes unlimited tracking for officers and committees, legal policies, attorneys, preferred contractors, insurance policies and more!

A new and improved version of the Owners Module, traditionally one of the most defining modules in TOPS products.

Features unlimited contact information for everything that can be tracked, such as phone numbers, emails and addresses.

Provides a simple dashboard drill-down interface by which you can access anything in the program that is related to a specific owner or home.

An improved version of our popular Work Order module, Work Order in TOPS OnPoint allows users to track the entire process of work/maintenance to be done, from the initial phone call to charging costs to an owner.

One of the cool new things in the TOPS OnPoint Work Order module is the ability to attribute work orders/maintenance to specific facilities (such as the pool), which the user can then track a full history of maintenance on any facility.

A signature for TOPS products, the CC&R module allows a user to track violations and architectural requests using scheduled action tables.

The TOPS OnPoint version of CC&R features a number of improvements all around, but particularly to the batch processing features, whereby a user may process an unlimited number of records in a timely manner.

New batch processes include batch change status, change next inspection date, change codes, and add notes.

The idea behind Resident Services is to incorporate the services that a management company provides to residents into a single TOPS OnPoint module.

New features include security, vehicle tracking, facility management and membership tracking.
