TOPS Software, the leading provider of property management and accounting software in the community association management industry, has announced their acquisition of Mission Financial Accounting.
This partnership is the first several planned to sustain the company’s continued success and expand the enterprise software platform’s already-extensive list of offerings for their clients.
Said President and CEO of TOPS Software, Mike Hardy, “This is such an important step for us, because we want only success for our clients.” He also cited long-term success between mutual TOPS and Mission clients as a motivator for the acquisition.
“So many managers are challenged with maintaining accounting staffs,” he said. “Our past success with mutual clients like Castle Rock Management, Amber Property Management, and Trilogy Community Management told us that this kind of strategic move would be a valuable addition for all of our TOPS [ONE] users.”
A 24-year accounting pillar of the community association management industry, Mission Financial Management specializes in working with both self-managed community associations as well as property management companies. They have provided accounting assistance to TOPS clients for nearly 10 years. These services will be offered exclusively to TOPS clients as a premier concierge-style service to better serve the needs of community association managers.
